Non-Refundable Fees

All fees paid towards course enrollment are non-refundable.

Installment Payment Obligations

Students who opt for installment payments are required to fulfill all payment obligations. Failure to complete the payments may result in withholding of course completion certificates and other course-related benefits.

Course Cancellation by CNA Training Center

In the rare event that the CNA Training Center cancels a course, a full refund will be issued to enrolled students.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the CNA Training Center. Requests for refunds under exceptional circumstances must be submitted in writing to info@cna-trainingcenter.com or +971524601262 and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
